All DNT Optics orders are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please fill out and submit the form on our returns page. After completion, return the item within 5 working days following the provided return instructions to ensure timely processing of your exchange or refund.
If your product has no quality issues and you request a return within 14 days after the product has been used, a depreciation fee of 20-50% may be charged, depending on the condition of the product. Our after-sales team will provide you with a detailed fee assessment after inspection and evaluation.
Please note:

A full refund will be issued as long as the returned item is in a new and unused condition. (You are responsible for the return shipping costs.) Any product with signs of use or already installed will not be accepted for return or refund.

Once the package is in transit, we cannot cancel orders or issue refunds. (If you request a refund, please refuse the package, and after the package returns to the warehouse, we will arrange the refund after deducting the shipping cost.)

Shipping fees and handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is for defective or damaged products, or if the wrong product was shipped.

If a product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is shipped, contact us at info@arkenoptics.com within 48 hours to initiate a return. In such cases, you will receive compensation for the return shipping cost.

Refunds and/or product replacements are only applicable to items purchased directly from DNT Optics US.
Return/exchange Process Guide:

Within 30 days of product delivery, fill out the return application form and email us at info@arkenoptics.com with your order number and delivery date.

Take videos/photos of the product's packaging and items.

Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address and guidance.

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the product, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

If you choose to receive a refund and your return is approved, we will process the refund to your credit card (or other original payment method) within 2-3 working days. If you choose to replace the item, your replacement product will be shipped to you according to our shipping policy.
Note: Contact us through info@dntoptics.com before returning any items and obtain our approval. Products returned without consent will not be eligible for a refund.
