DNT Optics ThermNight Multispectral Scope
The future is now. DNT Optics launches the ThermNight multispectral scope. The ThermNight is a digital day and night scope with built in laser range finder. To augment and enhance its capabilities we integrated a thermal sensor into the ThermNight so you have the best of both worlds.
You can use the 256 resolution thermal camera to detect targets that emit heat. While the thermal sensor is fantastic, your target may be too far away to positively ID. Well now, at the push of a single button, you can switch to digital day or night to see what you are looking at in more detail.
Alternatively, you can use the thermal instead of the digital image. In some cases your target may be hidden due to natural camouflage. It is difficult to hide from thermal. As seen in the images below.
In the photo to the below, you can see two distinct heat signatures. But due to the foliage and the color of the animals they are nearly invisible to the digital camera. Thanks to the built in thermal sensor in the ThermNight, we can see them anyway.
